Scope of Services
OpsSolved provides specialized AI engineering services, including but not limited to:
- High-Throughput Ingestion Engine deployment.
- Adaptive RAG Architecture design and implementation.
- Distributed Agentic Reasoning framework setup.
- Technical audits and feasibility studies.
We operate as a boutique engineering network, not a body-leasing agency. We do not provide junior staff or staff augmentation. We deliver defined engineering outcomes.
Intellectual Property (IP) Transfer
Our "We Build, We Train, We Leave" philosophy is central to our engagement model.
- Client Ownership: Upon full payment, all custom code, configurations, and architecture artifacts deployed within your infrastructure become your sole property.
- No Vendor Lock-in: We do not retain rights to the specific implementation logic built for your unique business rules.
- Open Source Components: Our solutions utilize open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex). These components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Data Sovereignty
- Your Data, Your Perimeter: OpsSolved deploys infrastructure exclusively within your Private VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) or On-Premise environment.
- No Data Egress: We do not store, process, or transmit your production data on our own servers. All data processing occurs within your controlled environment.
- Access Control: Our engineers access your environment only through secure, logged channels approved by your security team (e.g., VPN, Bastion Host).
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. As we operate in sensitive sectors (FinTech, LegalTech), we are accustomed to signing and adhering to strict NDAs. We do not disclose client names or project details without explicit written permission.
Limitation of Liability
OpsSolved provides engineering services on a "best efforts" basis. While we benchmark our systems for high accuracy (e.g., 98% acceptance rates), AI systems are probabilistic by nature. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy for every individual inference and are not liable for business decisions made based on AI outputs.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and the United Kingdom, depending on the contracting entity.
